Details of the Job/Internship

Midas Legal is a Senior Legal Associate with experience of 6 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents, representing clients in court appearances and hearings, and cultivating relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Strong managerial skills are required to lead and mentor junior associates, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Eligibility

• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful court appearances and litigation representation before Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT & NCLAT as well as District Courts. Additionally, they should have exceptional drafting skills in civil and corporate cases, sound knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and a high level of proficiency in legal research, analysis, and problem-solving.
•  LL. B from a reputable University, an LL.M in Law (preferred), and 6 years of post-qualification experience in law firms, with a focus on drafting, court appearances.
