Details of the Job/Internship

Neural IT is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to join them in Navi Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries, and pleadings.
• Monitors and obtains discovery responses.
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Develop cases by preparing and forwarding Summonses & Complaints.
• Preparing and filing discovery requests, preparing responses to opposing counsel.
• Drafting Litigation documents, and generating status reports.

Eligibility

• Drafting of legal documents like Summon & Complaint; Verified Bill Particulars; and Motions.
• Carrying our legal research and preparing legal draft.
• Good English communication skills.
• Be able to work as a team player.
• Excellent observation and analytical abilities.
• The person must be confident, energetic, and committed.
• Self Motivated.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
