Details of the Job/Internship
Neural IT is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 5+ years of experience, primarily focused on non-litigation legal drafting.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize legal letters, demand letters, notices, response letters, legal opinions, and official communications.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Provide clear, legally sound advice to internal departments and clients.
- Assist in non-litigation matters such as compliance, regulatory filings, and transactional documentation.
- Mentor junior associates on effective legal drafting practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eligibility
- LLB required; LLM or specialized diploma preferred.
- Licensed to practice law.
- 5+ years of experience in non-litigation legal drafting.
- Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
- Exceptional drafting, communication, and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Male candidates.
