NxtWave is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 2+ years of experience to support legal, compliance, and governance operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts and commercial agreements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory compliance across departments.
• Handle regulatory inquiries, audits, and statutory filings.
• Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, and governance documentation.
• Support board and committee meetings and related compliance requirements.
• Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support process documentation and legal communications across teams.

Eligibility

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 2+ years of legal experience.
• Strong expertise in compliance, contracts, and corporate governance.
