Details of the Job/Internship

Pairvii Legal is hiring a Senior legal Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Raipur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks to support legal strategies.
• Drafting & Documentation: Draft and review contracts, pleadings, agreements, legal opinions, and petitions (including in Hindi).
• Litigation Support: Prepare case files, applications, affidavits, and submissions; assist during hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Case Management: Maintain accurate legal records, case files, and documentation for ongoing and archived matters.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to gather facts, provide legal updates, and offer strategic advice in clear, client-friendly language.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all legal practices align with statutory regulations and firm policies.
• Administrative Support: Help organize legal meetings, schedules, and correspondence with courts and external counsel.
• Knowledge Development: Stay informed on changes in laws and legal trends affecting our practice areas.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. from a recognized university; must be registered with the Bar Council of India.
• Experience: 4–5 years of continuous professional legal practice.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in drafting legal documents in both English and Hindi.

Salary/Stipend
