Details of the Job/Internship

Pammvi Group of Companies is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience of 10 years to join their office in Jabalpur. This is a part-time [Retainership / Contractual format] for a Senior Legal Associate. The Sr. Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. This role will involve handling a variety of legal matters and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Should Attend all matters related to civil litigations, criminal litigations, and arbitrations.
• Should be Filling litigations.
• Should Interact with External Advocates and appoint external advocates if needed.
• Should have Excellent drafting skills (Notices, complaints, Plaints, Reply and documents like agreements, written statements, etc)
• Should be Attending and advising on all legal matters.
• Should be agreeable to travel outstation for attending matters or any other assignment.

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Issues skills.
• Analytical Skills and Communication.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in corporate law is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Should have handled civil cases in Revenue courts, city civil courts, magistrate courts, high courts, or supreme court. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience handling Civil Matters preferably property-related.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Experience in handling all types of matters.
• Should be attending High court cases single-handedly.
• Traveling is mandatory all over India.

Salary/Stipend
