Precept Law Firm is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Manage client cases and litigation matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Assist in evaluating cases and developing legal strategies.
- Provide legal advice across various practice areas.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and case management.
- Proficiency in handling criminal, civil, corporate, industrial and labor, real estate, property, and family law cases.
- Experience in dispute resolution and court representation up to the Supreme Court of India.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
- Minimum of 8+ years of legal practice experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
- LLM degree preferred.
- Ability to manage litigation efficiently under deadlines.
