Proplex Consulting LLP is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with expertise in Real Estate & Property Transactions for their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence for property transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate.
• Perform legal searches and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate legal analysis.
• Assist in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research to support business objectives.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in property law & real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in legal documentation, contract negotiation, and research
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication & interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of Kannada (preferred but not mandatory).
