Proplex Consulting LLP is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal due diligence of properties.
• Draft and review legal documents for property transactions.
• Perform title searches and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, legal consultants, and internal teams to manage end-to-end documentation.
• Offer legal insights and support across various stages of real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate law, legal due diligence, and contract drafting.
• Strong command of property and contract law.
• Proven experience in legal document preparation and legal research.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with real estate compliance in Karnataka is preferred.
• Proficiency in Kannada is a strong advantage.
