Details of the Job/Internship
RERA Easy is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience of 3 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents, such as legal notices, plaints, complaints, affidavits in replies, rejoinders, sur-rejoinders, and written statements, pertaining to litigation.
- Managing RERA-related litigations and disputes.
- Representing clients during court appearances and hearings.
- Ensuring all legal documentation complies with real estate laws and regulations.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the legal department to ensure legal compliance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet legal deliverables on time.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on RERA and real estate-related matters.
- Maintaining strong client relations and ensuring proper documentation is gathered for cases.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal drafting and documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of practicing experience in litigation, preferably in real estate-related cases.
