Details of the Job/Internship

Resolute Corporate Advisory is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Panchkula, Haryana. The role provides an opportunity to work on high-value insolvency assignments, particularly in IBC matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court of India, and other High Courts/Tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle insolvency and bankruptcy code (IBC) matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court, and High Courts/Tribunals.
• Advisory and documentation related to CIRP.
• Draft and vet contracts.
• Prepare minutes for COC/SCC meetings.
• Draft petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
• Manage compliance documentation.

Eligibility

• PQE: 3-5 years.
• Qualification: B.A. LL.B./LL.B./LL.M.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in IBC matters.
• Strong legal drafting and corporate communication skills.
• Ability to handle assignments independently with guidance.
• Commitment to timelines and ethical standards.
