Role and Responsibilities
- Research and appearances before various legal forums such as the Supreme Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and various other forums at New Delhi.
- Candidates will gain significant exposure at a competitive retainership.
Eligibility
- Candidates having prior experience in NCLT/NCLAT/Supreme Court would be given preference.
- Post qualification experience 2+ years.
