Details of the Job/Internship
ShareChat is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate general corporate/commercial contracts including:
- Online advertising agreements.
- Creator management agreements.
- Marketing partnership agreements such as sponsorship and collaboration agreements.
- Procurement agreements, including:
- Master services agreements for media/production houses, advertising agencies, logistics, facilities management, and IT service providers.
- On-premise license agreements, SaaS agreements, software reseller agreements.
- Staffing agreements and recruitment services agreements.
- Lease agreements.
- Provide general corporate/commercial advisory on IT, privacy, IP, online gaming, open source, and employment-related laws.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- 4–6 years of experience in the IT/Internet/Media industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end contract management.
