Details of the Job/Internship

Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience of 5+ years to join their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Advocate having a minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling matters in Hon'ble Courts / Tribunals. 
• Mandatory Registration with Delhi Bar Council or others. Excellent familiarity with the law, legal procedures and protocols, and court systems.,
• Good Computer literacy with Proficiency in the English language, drafting – writ petition, SLP, Appeals, Applications, Pleadings, Conveyancing, Appearance before Courts – Supreme Court, High Court, all district courts / Tribunals – NCLT, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRT, DRAT, Legal research work with considerable experience of IBC, Arbitration & Conciliation Act & Corporate law. Client Counselling & Meeting, Briefing Senior Advocates. 

Salary/Stipend

7 to 8 lacs per annum (For deserving and exceptional candidate, salary is not a bar)
