SimplyBiz is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with relevant experience to join their legal team in India. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and advise on commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for companies.
• Advise on and support venture capital transactions for startups.
• Structure acquisition and cross-border transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents such as SPAs, SSAs, SHAs, and investment agreements.
• Interpret applicable laws and provide compliance guidance.

Eligibility

Prior experience in legal drafting, due diligence, and advising on transactions including venture capital and cross-border deals.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
