Details of the Job/Internship

SKR & Associates is hiring a Senior Legal Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their Kolkata office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation across different forums.
• Draft petitions, pleadings, legal opinions, and related documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research and develop case strategies.
• Attend client meetings and provide sound legal advice.
• Guide and mentor junior team members when required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of active litigation experience.
• Strong proficiency in drafting, research, and client management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
