SNGC Global is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Nagpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before Arbitral Tribunals, Civil Courts, and High Courts, providing expert legal counsel and advocacy.
- Analyze cases, legal documents, and evidence to develop sound legal strategies and advise clients on the merits of their cases.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents including petitions, pleadings, motions, affidavits, and legal opinions in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation, stay updated on legal developments, and draft persuasive legal arguments.
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates, gather information, and address concerns professionally and promptly.
- Attend court proceedings and hearings, present oral arguments, cross-examine witnesses, and deliver compelling speeches.
- Ensure legal compliance and timely, accurate preparation of all documents.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, records, and databases.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 5–8 years of experience.
- Preferably candidates should have argued before the District Court and High Court.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
