Details of the Job/Internship

SNGC Global is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 8-10 years of experience to join their office in Nagpur.

Role and Responsibilities

Represent clients in district and high court proceedings.
Analyze cases and develop legal strategies.
Conduct client consultations and offer practical legal advice.
Draft, review, and manage legal documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Appear in court hearings and assist in dispute resolution matters.
Support legal operations in land acquisition, arbitration, and taxation.

Eligibility

LL.B / LL.M from a recognized institution.
8–10 years of relevant legal practice.
Proven experience in arguing before District and High Courts.
Strong command over legal drafting and document preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of land laws, arbitration, and taxation is highly desirable.
Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
