Details of the Job/Internship
Techolution is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Associate.
- The mode of work is Hybrid.
- The shift timings are 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST Monday to Friday.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Legal Associate will be responsible for handling legal matters, including legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and effective communication.
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Issues knowledge and experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, License Agreements, etc.
- Analyze and interpret local laws and regulations in connection with contract requests to ensure compliance.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare reports accordingly.
- Review legal requests to determine required response.
- Interacting with personnel based in the US.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prepare legal documents.
- Experience working with contracts and legal agreements.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in corporate law or technology law is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years experience on the above responsibilities.
