Details of the Job/Internship

The Naval Connection is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 4–8 years of experience in maritime law, corporate litigation, or arbitration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle Admiralty suits, civil and criminal litigation, and arbitration.
• Draft and review agreements, legal notices, contracts, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with external counsels, law firms, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end litigation and non-litigation activities.
• Support compliance, documentation, and legal risk mitigation for the organization.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM with relevant legal experience, preferably in maritime law.
• 4–8 years of experience in shipping, maritime law, corporate litigation, or arbitration.
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with counsels, law firms, and internal departments.
• Attention to detail, sound legal judgment, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Salary/Stipend
