Details of the Job/Internship
The Souled Store is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Associate to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Vetting and closing contracts and agreements to create solid protection for TSS in all its work with 3rd party vendors.
- Drafting and closing agreements and LOI's to enable fast retail expansion Pan India and Globally.
- Drafting and closing Franchise agreements to enable fast retail expansion in Pan India and Globally.
- Constantly iterating and updating our T&C, privacy policy, and all other public information to ensure we are compliant with government regulations.
- Addressing and closing any complaints, lawsuits, or Legal metrology non-compliance the company may receive.
- Ensuring the company is generally compliant across finance, manufacturing, packaging, retail, and marketing.
Eligibility
- Master's degree or specialization in a specific legal area.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in legal document drafting and review.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools, databases, and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
