Details of the Job/Internship

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Senior Legal Associate – U.S. Laws with 2–3 years of experience in the LPO industry to join their office in Noida, Sector 63 (H Block). This is a full-time on-site role with night shift timing from 9 PM to 6 AM.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conducting legal research and summarizing case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Coordinating with international clients to address queries and deliver legal solutions.
• Supervising, guiding, and training junior legal associates.
• Assisting in litigation support, including document review, deposition summaries, and trial preparations.
• Monitoring team performance, allocating tasks, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Maintaining compliance with confidentiality, client protocols, and professional ethics.
• Supporting management in reporting, client presentations, and process improvements.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of experience in the LPO industry with prior team handling exposure.
• Knowledge and experience in U.S. Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Civil, Commercial, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Contract Management.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal databases/tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred candidates from Noida or those willing to relocate.

Salary/Stipend
