Details of the Job/Internship

The Senior Legal Associate – Team Lead will oversee legal operations, manage a team of associates, and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal support to international clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research across U.S., U.K., and other common-law jurisdictions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior legal associates to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Liaise directly with international clients to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Manage workflows, maintain case files, and ensure compliance with client protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve performance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in LPO or litigation, with proven team-handling capabilities.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working U.S. time zone hours (night shift).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, global environment.

Salary/Stipend
