Details of the Job/Internship

Xpertiz is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Associate with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents, including NDAs, MOUs, Term Sheets, Mandates, SPAs, and SHAs.
• Coordinate legal due diligence efforts, including risk assessment, data room management, and red-flag reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and the Companies Act.
• Manage transaction closures by preparing deliverables, finalizing documentation, and updating internal SOPs and legal records.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB/LLM from a reputed law school.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate law firms, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
• Strong understanding of corporate, securities, and regulatory laws governing investment transactions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
