Details of the Job/Internship

M M Legal Associates is hiring Senior Legal Associates with experience of 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing, advising, negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts.
• Advising teams on legal and risk managementissues.
• Mitigating legal and commercial risk by improvingawareness and understanding of legal impacts affecting the business.
• Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed, Agreement for Sale,Development Agreement, Consent Agreements,Leave & License Agreements, Power of Attorney,Afidavits, Mutual Non-Disclosure & confidentiality Agreement.
• Drafting commercial contracts viz, MOUs, Term Sheets, construction contracts, NDAs,sponsorship agreements, franchise agreements,power purchase agreements, Employment Contracts, Distributorship Agreements, HR policies, Codes of conduct, etc;
• Providing corporate commercial legal advice with a primary focus on negotiating and structuring commercial transactions;
• Drafting and Reviewing contracts and other commercial agreements. Board Resolution, Share Purchase Agreement, subscription agreement, Trademark license agreement, etc.
• Ensuring communication & correspondence with clients for Finalizing terms & conditions of Agreements / Contracts and to ensure that the same are finalized within negotiated.

Eligibility

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
• You possess strong commercial and stake holder management skills.
• Prior in-house experience would be an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
