Details of the Job/Internship
Execo is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Legal Compliance Associate with 2 years of experience to join them at their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the client's business and identify a list of laws applicable to them in the USA and Australia
- Create a list of license/permits/registration required for clients to address issues in relation to services provided by the client to its customer.
- Create Compliance checklist for applicable laws and regulations in the USA and Australia.
- Support the client with advice of legal compliance around Insurance.
- Provide clarification to the clients in respect of queries raised on the laws, regulations.
Eligibility
- A law degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Regulatory compliance.
- Has understanding on how laws are required to be identified.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the BFSI sector is good to have.
- Strong understanding of the legal framework governing the BFSI sector is good to have.
