Details of the Job/Internship

Shift Ahead Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Consultant (International) with a minimum of 4 years of experience to work independently in a remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate telecom vendor and customer agreements.
• Manage procurement and vendor contracts, SOWs, and order forms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
• Perform contract vetting, redlining, and legal risk analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert in telecom legal documentation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of independent legal work experience.
• Strong background in contract negotiation and legal documentation.
• Knowledge of telecom or carrier domain preferred.
• Experience with international and U.S. regulatory compliance.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
