CounselKraft Legal Services LLP is hiring a Senior Legal Consultant with experience of 3-6 years to join their hybrid office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will deliver sophisticated legal research, contract analysis and litigation support for US clients.
- They will collaborate closely with attorneys from top US law firms, lead project teams, manage client deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- The role also involves mentoring junior consultants, contributing to a culture of legal excellence, assisting in streamlining legal workflows and implementing best practices while staying aligned with evolving US legal standards and practices.
Eligibility
- The candidate must be a lawyer with 3-6 years of experience, preferably with international exposure.
- They must be a graduate of a recognized law school with an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree.
- The candidate should possess excellent legal drafting, analysis and communication skills.
- Comfort with client-facing roles, ability to manage tight deadlines and a passion for bridging jurisdictions and advancing global legal work are essential.
- An interest in strategy, systems thinking and legal innovation is preferred.
