Details of the Job/Internship

Indo Amines Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Consultant with 6+ years of experience to join their office in Dombivli.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to contract management, regulatory compliance, property registration, and recovery matters/NCLT.
• Experience in Section 138 – Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Non-litigation work including drafting MOUs and letters on behalf of the company.
• Maintain MIS of litigation and non-litigation matters.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM.
• Minimum 6 years of legal experience.
• Preferred experience in the Chemical, Pharma, Oil & Gas, or Refinery industry.
• Willingness for plant visits and attending court is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
