Details of the Job/Internship

Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Consultant – Compliance with 12+ years of experience in real estate law to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to RERA, local regulations, and land acquisition laws.
• Coordinate with external counsels for litigation, arbitration, and legal matters.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including sale deeds, JV contracts, and lease agreements.
• Collaborate with government authorities, sales, marketing, and project teams.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB/LLM (Active Bar Council membership required)
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in real estate law, property matters, and compliance
• Languages: English & Kannada (Mandatory)
