Role and Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development
• Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to drive business expansion and client acquisition.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities; provide strategic input to the leadership team.
• Liaise with senior leadership, offering regular updates on growth initiatives and outcomes.
• Client Relationship Management
• Lead high-level client engagement and acquisition efforts, nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle—from onboarding to project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored legal solutions aligned with client goals.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on client handling, legal service delivery, and career development.
• Define and track team performance metrics to drive success.
• Operational Oversight
• Ensure smooth execution of legal and business strategies with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a reputable law school (LL.M preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate and litigation law.
• Strong experience in leading legal teams and managing complex, high-stakes legal matters.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, contract law, and dispute resolution.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
