Details of the Job/Internship
Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Senior Legal & Contracts Executive with 3-5 years to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and draft customer and vendor contracts for building design and procurement services.
- Support negotiations and ensure favorable contractual terms while mitigating legal risks.
- Ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, including amendments and renewals.
- Maintain organized and updated records across all active contracts and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, design, and operations.
- Conduct legal research as needed to support contract execution and risk assessment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB preferred) or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in contracts, legal documentation, or procurement support, ideally in the AEC or construction sector.
