Cyient is seeking a Sr. Counsel - Legal & Compliance to join their Hyderabad office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform legal activities to safeguard the company’s reputation and ensure compliance with laws.
• Provide legal advice to managers on policies, transactions, and operational matters.
• Analyze case law and regulations to prepare reports on their impact on operations.
• Draft legal contracts, agreements, and documents on trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.
• Review and approve public statements to mitigate legal risks.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings before courts and authorities.
• Prepare materials for external legal counsel.
