Details of the Job/Internship
Kenvue is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 10–12 years of relevant experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on business operations, contracts, regulatory compliance, product claims, and intellectual property issues.
- Review and draft agreements, conduct legal research, and handle general litigation matters.
- Support compliance with regulatory frameworks, including drugs and cosmetics, food safety, labor, and environmental laws.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage external counsel to manage legal proceedings effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Kenvue’s Code of Business Conduct and contribute to ethical and compliant business practices.
- Provide legal support to Kenvue Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (KSIPL) in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Licensed to practice law in India or another jurisdiction preferred.
- Minimum 10–12 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably a mix of in-house and law firm exposure.
- Prior experience with multinational corporations and cross-border legal work preferred.
