Details of the Job/Internship
Netradyne is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with proven expertise in contracts, compliance, employment, and litigation to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal support to minimize risk and ensure compliance with Indian and EU commercial laws.
- Advise on compliance, employment, sanctions, competition, and litigation matters.
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes affecting operations.
- Assist in enhancing internal controls and compliance programs.
- Negotiate commercial and vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with US-based legal teams to deliver consistent legal advice.
- Support policies and processes for global expansion into Europe and Asia.
- Handle internal investigations and government inquiries.
- Develop and deliver employee training programs.
- Contribute to legal strategy, AI projects, and advocacy initiatives.
- Mentor junior legal professionals.
Eligibility
- Qualified legal professional with significant experience in contracts, compliance, and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, employment, and competition laws.
- Experience in international legal support preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-border teams.
