Details of the Job/Internship

Tradologie is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Counsel- Corporate with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Risk Management

• Advise on corporate, labor, partnership, finance, international trade, and compliance matters.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks through effective strategies.

Compliance & Governance

• Develop and oversee internal governance policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company-wide compliance.
• Conduct internal audits to assess legal conformity.

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure contractual terms align with organizational objectives and legal frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Dispute Resolution & Defense

• Support management in formulating defense strategies for disputes and litigation.
• Handle complex legal issues with professionalism and discretion.

Training & Support

• Conduct legal training sessions for internal teams.
• Simplify legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.

Proactive Legal Measures

• Anticipate and address potential legal issues before they arise.
• Ensure business operations remain fully aligned with applicable laws.

Eligibility

• 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment (B2B, SaaS, or trading preferred).
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance.
• Proven ability to develop both proactive and defensive legal strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Integrity, discretion, and strong problem-solving ability.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹40,000 per month
