Details of the Job/Internship
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with over 12 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on contracts, litigation, compliance, and risk management.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts in line with company policies.
- Manage legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations.
- Assess legal and regulatory risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Develop compliance programs and conduct regular training on relevant laws and codes.
- Collaborate with departments such as finance, marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Support manufacturing setup and cross-functional legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree with over 12 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience in both private practice and in-house roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory laws and global compliance standards.
