Details of the Job/Internship

Finaks Advisory Services Private Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 8+ years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet customer and vendor agreements, particularly related to space sector activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs with stakeholders.
• Interpret space laws and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Factories Act, Environmental Acts, PESO, IT, and Data Protection laws.
• Manage due diligence and funding transaction documentation.
• Assist with company secretarial duties and corporate governance.
• Liaise with government bodies for policy implementation and compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in legal drafting and compliance.
• Sector experience in space law is a strong advantage.
