LawFlex is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with over 10 years of experience in EU-funded projects and public tenders for a part-time, fully remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on public procurement and compliance matters.
• Provide guidance on EU funding programs such as Horizon Europe, CEF, and Digital Europe.
• Deliver clear, business-oriented legal advice to project stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 10+ years of legal experience in EU-funded projects and public tenders.
• Background in a top-tier law firm, EU institution, or in-house counsel role involving EU-funded work.
• Deep understanding of EU procurement rules and funding programs.
