Details of the Job/Internship
MYCPE ONE is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with over 7 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee legal compliance across all Indian and foreign MYCPE ONE entities.
- Draft and review legal documents including communications, notices, undertakings, agreements, and policies.
- Handle litigation and civil recovery matters.
- Represent or coordinate with counsel in arbitration proceedings and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with external counsel to manage filings, timelines, and hearings.
- Draft legal and disciplinary notices, internal advisories, and memos.
- Strategize and lead legal recovery actions.
- Seek amicable resolutions while protecting company interests.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification legal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Expertise in civil, criminal, arbitration, and employment laws.
- Strong litigation and arbitration experience.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters.
