New Relic is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel – GTM with 5–7 years of experience to support their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS and commercial agreements.
- Advise sales teams on contract structure, disputes, and customer negotiations.
- Oversee collections, settlements, and dispute resolution with finance and legal.
- Act as central contact for all contractual documentation.
- Support privacy compliance in India and global jurisdictions.
- Guide marketing teams on commercial legal matters.
- Contribute to process improvements, contract templates, and internal playbooks.
- Collaborate across teams on go-to-market strategies and legal enablement.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of experience negotiating technology contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and data protection law.
- Bar license in good standing in your residing jurisdiction.
- Strong drafting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience handling contract-related disputes and collections.
