Details of the Job/Internship

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with over 12 years of experience to join their India legal and compliance team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Handle litigation and disputes; liaise with external counsel.
• Evaluate regulatory and legal risks; support cross-functional risk management.
• Lead compliance program development and employee training.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure legal adherence.

Eligibility

• UG/PG Degree in Law.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Background in the medical device industry preferred.
• Experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles.
