Details of the Job/Internship

BillDesk is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in contract management, product advisory, and regulatory governance to join their legal team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and standardize various new and existing contract templates.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including SLAs and governance.
• Advise business and product teams on regulatory and contractual risks.
• Implement streamlined legal processes for contract management.
• Train internal teams on legal developments periodically.
• Evaluate legal and compliance impacts of regulatory changes.
• Lead and manage legal teams, and work cross-functionally under pressure.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (3/5-year course) from a reputed law school.
• CS qualification (not mandatory).
• First-class distinction grades in SSC and HSC levels.
• 8 to 10 years of experience as in-house or external counsel.

Salary/Stipend
