Details of the Job/Internship

Bosch Group India is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 15 years of experience to support its mobility business in the India region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal and corporate advisory on M&A, structuring, restructuring, capital markets, litigation, real estate, and transactions.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across Bosch Group India operations.
• Supervise regulatory compliance under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
• Support business growth through effective legal advice and transactional support.
• Manage budgets in coordination with the General Counsel.
• Handle stakeholder management with internal teams, regulators, vendors, and external counsel.
• Lead and mentor legal teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Identify legal risks and provide proactive, practical solutions.
• Represent Bosch before government, statutory, and regulatory authorities when required.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in India.
• LLM or postgraduate specialization in law is preferred.
• 15–18 years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior experience in reputed law firms and/or as in-house counsel in a multinational company.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team of lawyers.
• Strong knowledge of company law, capital markets, antitrust, AML, employment laws, real estate, and dispute resolution.
