Details of the Job/Internship
Confluent is hiring Senior Legal Counsel with the experience of 5 to 8 years to join their office in Online Mode.
Eligibility
- 5-8+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multi-national company supporting business needs across a number of APAC countries.
- Significant experience negotiating technology subscription agreements, license and support agreements, and cloud services agreements with large enterprise customers.
- Experience and aptitude in working cross-functionally with internal organizations to resolve questions and concerns.
- Experience with open-source licensing and business models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an appreciation of different cultural sensitivities.
- Ability to use sound judgment to address complex issues while maintaining an appropriate balance between legal and business requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex contract issues in clear business terms to enable efficient resolution.
