Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazaar is hiring a Virtual Legal Counsel with 4–5 years of experience to join their team in a remote capacity.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including service agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Provide legal opinions and advisory on corporate law matters.
• Conduct legal audits and compliance reviews.
• Manage client retainers, including scheduling and deliverable tracking.
• Represent the organisation in client meetings and strategy discussions.
• Supervise executive associates on assigned matters.
• Maintain records of work, hours, and client communications.
• Support business development through client engagement.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognised university (LLM preferred).
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
