Details of the Job/Internship
ElevenX Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel – SaaS / Technology Contracts with 5+ years of experience to join their Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, redline, and finalise SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, technology licensing, IP, vendor, and procurement contracts.
- Mitigate legal and contractual risks while supporting business agility and deal velocity.
- Support India and US compliance functions, including data privacy, governance, and internal controls.
- Provide clear and actionable legal advice to leadership, product, sales, and operations teams.
- Maintain contract repositories, version control, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with US legal and business teams during overlapping working hours.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in IT or SaaS companies.
- Strong hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and risk interpretation.
- In-depth understanding of technology contracts and intellectual property terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Familiarity with India and US compliance frameworks, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon during US business hours.
