Hitachi Rail is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle significant legal matters within India and the APAC region.
• Advise senior management and interface with global legal teams.
• Negotiate and close complex commercial deals.
• Interpret and guide compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage arbitrations and litigations.
• Coordinate with the compliance function.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 7–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience with an international industrial company preferred.
• Sector experience in rail, oil & gas, power, aero, or automotive is beneficial.

 

Salary/Stipend
