Details of the Job/Internship

Innovaccer is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Negotiate sales contracts with US-based healthcare clients including providers, payers, and pharma companies.
• Draft and negotiate procurement and partnership contracts with US and Indian vendors.
• Provide legal opinions on company policies and regulatory matters.
• Conduct regulatory research and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with external counsel on contracts, disputes, compliance, and IP matters.
• Improve legal and contracting processes for efficiency.

Eligibility

• Experience in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and IT consulting.
• Prior exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience in legal research and compliance.
