Jax Law is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Counsel to join their office in Lucknow.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice across diverse business matters.
• Lead and manage contract negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents and agreements.
• Advise on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal solutions with business goals.
• Anticipate potential legal issues and propose risk-mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) required; LL.M. or higher qualifications preferred.
• Proven experience as a practicing lawyer, ideally in a corporate or law firm environment.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation and legal document drafting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex legal challenges.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
